  Be prepared to pay surprise price than what they tell during booking over the phone. I had to cut my own bangs, I was unhappy about it and I picked this place despite the driving distance. During my booking over the phone, I asked about the pricing with a specific stylist: Hannah and the person on the phone told me $10. Well, Hannah was great and she fixed my bangs. I was happy with the result and I was thinking about giving her more tip. Then during check-out, they told me $15. I told them their pricing is suddenly different, they only repeated the same price and I even added a little bit tip despite their customer service just because Hannah did a good job, I hope she receives the money.

  I’ve been going to Amanda Maddox Salon for many years. I’m always very pleased with the magic that Jennifer works in my hair. She’s amazing! The salon is beautiful, always bright and super clean.

  Amanda Maddox Salon provided a wonderful experience right from the start. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making me feel great with the entire team. My stylist, Cierra Riley, was incredible—attentive, asking about my needs, and handling both my root touch-up and haircut seamlessly. I left the salon feeling genuinely warm and inviting vibe. I highly recommend it.

  I came to this salon with my mom expecting a professional experience, especially since I have been here before and trusted their work. I asked for a pearl beige color, but instead my hair was severely damaged during the bleach and tone process. My hair was completely fried, to the point where I had no choice but to cut a significant amount of it off.What makes this even more upsetting is that my last hair appointment alone cost almost $400, and all of that money went to waste in one visit. Because of the damage, I was forced to go back to a much darker color, which is not what I wanted at all. On top of that, I experienced chemical burns, which should never happen during a professional service.My stylist was Elizabeth Stooksbury, and this experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I went in excited and left feeling frustrated and regretful. Unfortunately, because of how awful this experience was, I will not be returning to this salon again.I hope this review helps others think carefully before booking, especially for major color services.
