I was pleasantly surprised that Amanda Maddox Salon had openings that last minute and that the prices were very reasonable. Chloe was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about different products. The salon itself is welcoming and modern with lots of natural light. I really enjoyed my appointment and plan to return soon.

She took time to understand my hair type, explained why she chose each product, and gave really helpful advice I can use at home. She’s truly skilled and made the whole experience enjoyable. Prices are competitive from what I can tell in the Knoxville area for this level of salon. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because parking is quite annoying as all of the spaces closest to the salon are reserved for other businesses (they're usually empty, too), and the stylist's chairs are very uncomfortable in my opinion. The back of the chair is very hard and hits my spine painfully. These two things are almost enough to make me want to change salons, but I really like my stylist, Samantha.
