Kendal did a great job listening to my hair troubles and took her time cutting and styling my hair. I really appreciate the fact that she took time and didn’t seem like she was rushing to get it done. Thank you!

Stevie Cut my hair and she was awesome. She listened to me thoroughly and only did exactly what I wanted and no more. Plus, I got 50% off of a hair treatment since it was my first time and I got a bonding treatment with an amazing head massage. Very good experience and will be back soon for my color!
Absolutely amazing service! I went in with hair that I thought was beyond saving and Suzanne Constantine proved me wrong! I went in a little embarrassed due to the damage I did to my own hair but was shown kindness and walked through the whole process. Everyone there was amazing and absolutely great, treating me with nothing but kindness. I’m now left with hair I love. Thank you so much Suzanne!

It is such a vibe at Amanda Maddox. You can tell they know their clients well and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. Susannah is so collaborative and listens to what you want while suggesting what will work best for your hair and style. She's been assisted the last two times by Madison who is also so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend, I left feeling like a model!
I had K-tip extensions installed by Abbie McCarter and was immediately unhappy with the results. The bonds were not cleanly rolled, and there was a lot of visible keratin “bloom,” making the extensions extremely noticeable—even with my hair down.
I returned within a few days to address my concerns and asked for a second opinion. Chloe Armstrong told me she saw no issues and that this is how she would have installed them as well. I did have Abbie remove the top layer to try to make them less visible, but the overall problem remained.
Since then, multiple people have commented on how noticeable the bonds are—some even asking if I had something in my hair. Stylists at Ulta who regularly do my brows were genuinely shocked at how messy the installation looked and recommended I ask for a refund.
I’ve now had them in for about a month and spent that entire time trying to hide them, including throughout a vacation. When I finally called to have them removed, I was told there would be a $100 removal fee, which feels unreasonable given the quality of the original service.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and a significant waste of time and money.
First 5 Photos were taken 5 days after install. Last photo shows how visible the keratin bonds are which is due to improper rolling technique and excessive heating. I removed them after one month.
