She carried on a conversation with him & gave him what he picked. She even styled it when we were done. I went back this weekend to get mine thinned out & dead ends trimmed & Lexus was great. Good conversation, gave me exactly what I needed & got rid of my headache.

I checked in online as usual for this location and they seemed busy since it said an 80 minute wait. No problem, I waited and headed to there right at the time their website said to. However when I walked in they said that the system had just kicked me off and that I would need to be added again and it would be another 30 min wait. Ok. I called someone on the phone while waiting right next to the door, however when it was finally my turn after waiting almost 3 hours they locked the door and told me to leave since I did not stay directly in the building, even though I was patiently waiting right there where they could see me the whole time. The ladies that work here were not very nice and rude. So frustrating!

Second, I “checked in” for my husband this morning at this location, so that after work he could get his hair cut. They were rude and told him he was wrong, and that he checked in at a different location. I used the link provided by this location on google, and verified location with zip code. There is no other location I could have “checked him in” at. They basically called him a liar. As someone who works retail, where was the customer service? I would highly recommend going to a different company altogether for hair cuts.
