  I have gone here multiple times and had wonderful experiences each time. It is calm and relaxing. The staff is always sure to check in on any specific needs that day as well as ensure my comfort. Additionally I had lost a gift card I purchased. within 15 minutes I emailed, had a response and a replacement gift card was in my email with the original message to my husband and design I had selected. Will always recommend this staff and their customer service.

  My experience at Massage Matters was a positive one. Staff is welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. The Greeneville facility was warm and clean. I enjoyed my massage very much! Will definitely schedule another massage there.

  I first visited Massage Matters when it was on Old Snaps Ferry and the experience was of the highest quality. Shannon welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable and it was easy to relax for the rest of the time.
