    Overall, there is a very diverse selection, but when I called earlier about questions, no one mentioned that they do not sell to the public. When I was at the counter ready to check out, I was told,” You have to have a license to shop here. Ulta will have what you need, though,” and then she quickly took my products off the counter. I feel like this could have been handled differently.

    Doesn't sell to customers. No prices on any product. Requires a beauty license to purchase? No thanks, customer service is good though.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
