The hair stylist said she tried to call to cancel the appointment because there was not enough time to do a perm. She said the internet times are wrong. It was one excuse after another. I just left. It wasn't worth the hassle.
- CHcathy HammSep 24, 20251.0I debated with myself rather it was worth leaving a review on my experience with this salon and I decided yes, yes it is because there is probably someone else thinking it can't possibly be as bad as people are saying I will give them the benefit of doubt.... I'm telling you it is as bad as people are saying and I would find somewhere else. I went on Sunday for color and a hair cut I scheduled online and my stylists bio said she had 32 years of experience so I thought ok she has to know what she's doing...right? NO! No she didn't I showed her a picture of a style I liked and she started cutting when she handed me the mirror to look at the back of my head I kid you not the color left my face she chopped up my hair so bad in what she called layers that it looked like she cut a bowl around the top of my head and then I had a mullet coming from under it, I am 54 I've had many hair cuts and color in my life never anything like this when she started putting on the color I had it slopped on like a kindergarten kid painting I had it on my face, ears, neck you name it I came in with a full face of make up and left looking like someone had beat the hell out of me. She left me sitting for way longer than any other time I have ever had color didn't bother to put a cap or anything on me and when I asked her about it she shrugged her shoulders looked and her phone and said hum I don't know I don't think so, what???? I left this salon in such a hurry only to sit in my car and cry for 15 minutes before I could drive home. I am very picky about who does my hair I have not found someone in this area that I really like since moving here and my husband talked me out of not canceling because he wanted me to feel spoiled for the day because my birthday was Friday he thought maybe this would finally be my person, Sadly no 155.00 (plus tip)dollars for the worst experience and hair I have ever had Definitely won't be returning.
