- SSSavannahAug 10, 20255.0I can’t speak for all of the stylist but I sure can speak for Hailey and Maria when I say they are phenomenal. Maria has done my whole family’s hair since I was in middle school/early high school. I stopped going to great clips about 2 years ago and when I went to one of those “high end” hair stylists and when asking for a wolf cut I was cut off 6-7 inches without even being asked and I looked like a boy lol. I told myself to go back to great clips once it grows out and the other day I went, a girl who hasn’t done my hair before named Hailey did my hair. And she did it WONDERFULLY. She got the layers right and asked me if it was okay that my dead ends are about a good 1-2 inches off. She was also good to chit chat to! From Beverly in “It” to Santa Monica California, it felt like I was only sitting in that chair for 10 minutes!

That's right 2!! And the waiting list is growing! This is a pattern we have been experiencing the last few haircuts so this is not an anomaly. Who is managing this place?! How do you plan your day when you find out your wait is really more than 21/2 hours from your online check-in? Waiting because of poor management is not efficient use of time.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
