I was ready to pay over $125 for services and I usually tip well also, but they told me they could not keep my appointment because it was too late. First off I made the appointment over an hour before I arrived and I arrived thirty minutes early, so why was I not at least called so I could make other arrangements? Then they told me I could come back the next day....ummmm no, I am not driving thirty minutes to come back when you just wasted close to two hours that I could have been home with my kids. All it would have taken was one simple phone call.
