- BRBre RamseyAug 17, 20255.0Ive only been to this location twice but I honestly love it. Both times I went the workers I Katey and Stephanie (??) Were their names, they were amazing they actually helped me with what I asked for after a bad experience at ulta a few stores down. At ulta they were rude and didn't help barely at all, while the girls here actually helped and listened when I expressed what I was having problems with makeup wise. I have rosacea and foundations tend to oxidize and make me look orange or yellow. Same with brozers, but they actually took their time to help me even on a small budget both times and found me the perfect foundation and brozer match and also recommended me a product to help with my rosacea. Ik companies want their employees to up sale cuz I also work in a similar job setting (customer service) but it was nice to have them also help me with something I absolutely hate about my face. 100/10 Ill definitely keep going to this location 🥳🥳🥳

She is also the reason I still keep going to the store. ___________________________ Sephora in kohls Hendersonville is honestly the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to.. they are constantly out of everything for weeks. WEEKS! I have gone every week for the same products and they have been out (the Sephora collection at that).. so I asked the lady that was working, “hey when do you restock your store because you guys are always out of the same stuff” she said, “oh every Tuesday.”…. Well I show up Tuesday and they are still out of the same thing, then I showed up the next day because I figured I didn’t give them enough time to put everything out… nope still out. Now I barely go but when I do they are still out of the same things… so odd. I only go here because I live 5 minutes away and don’t like ordering online one thing. Another thing is they never have enough people working, and no one can help the customers because they are usually at the register. Or one is at lunch and 1 at the register. I am just really disappointed with this store and wish it was better because it has so much potential. Thankfully ulta is right there and I can get most of the stuff there other than the Sephora collection.
