Do not go there unless you have a perfect picture of what you want. I never want to step foot into a horrid place like that ever again.

She didn't use ANY products in it so I left with dry, super flat hair. She was also the first hairstylist I have ever been to that literally didn't say one word and every answer to your questions was no more than three words. She had very good reviews on Google so I took a chance. I got a decent haircut but the I think I'll wait to see my regular stylist next time.

On February 1, 2026, my wife and our daughter visited this Great Clips location simply to have our daughter’s hair blow-dried. The stylist did an impressive job, and we were pleased with the quality of the work itself. However, at the very end of the service, we were told there would be an additional charge just for blow-drying her hair. This extra fee—nearly $50—was never mentioned beforehand. We have visited other salons in the past and have never been charged an extra amount just to dry hair, so this came as a surprise. Given that it was around 20 degrees outside, leaving a child’s hair wet was not really an option, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The issue wasn’t the service, but the lack of transparency. We felt blindsided at checkout and left with no real choice but to pay the unexpected charge. Clear communication about pricing upfront would have made a big difference. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this establishment. We felt the situation was deceptive, and we hope future customers are clearly informed of all charges before services begin.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
