It was my first time with Great Clips in the last 15 years and definitely the last time. I had a very disappointing experience with Aloana. I asked for an even cut all around, which should have resulted in a neat neck-length bob. Instead, I ended up with an uneven, mushroom-shaped cut. It took nearly an hour—far longer than expected—and she kept my head tilted down the entire time. I repeatedly asked if I should lift my head to avoid the front being cut too short, but she never told me to do so. As a result, my hair is now so short that I can’t even pull it into a ponytail. When I went to a professional stylist afterward, she confirmed the back was cut far too heavy.
