As soon as I hit the door, a guy w/ blonde hair and a brunette lady stared at me like I must be lost, no welcome or anything. I proceeded down the aisle towards them looking for something, and he snatches her by the arm and gestures her away from me avoiding eye contact as I was about to ask for assistance. I literally just walked out. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it in my life. NEVER AGAIN. I hate even saying this but it gave racist vibes. I was out, it was the look of disgust for me.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is the return policy at SalonCentric?
Store purchases may be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders $150 or less can be returned to stores within 90 days, excluding electrical items and shears which have a 60-day return period and refunds are issued as gift cards.
