Comforted me with my fears of having my hair cut and made me feel better about my thin hair situation. I'm not too pleased with Frederick. Before ever starting he asked what my goal was. I explained, trim the dead ends and trim the split ends. He responded with "Ok." When I sat down he asked again. I gave the same response. I didn't think much of it as I figured he was just confirming. When we got to the end, I asked him if he was going to trim my split ends. He said, " I don't know how to do that" and that I needed to buy a product to do that. Then went on to try to sell me said product. I declined, paid my dues+ tip, and left. All that said, I would've never allowed him to cut my hair if he would've told me up front he didn't know how to trim the split ends. That was 1/2 the reason I went. Again, Ms. Rebecca and Misty are great, but I'll pass on Frederick from here on out.
