Then when you ask them for suggestions for a product, they are at a loss. They have to type everything into a handheld device to get information and then they wander around the store as you follow. One young woman tried to help me and was nice, but she was unfamiliar with the products. And when she did have something she was going to show me another Customer stopped her, and she started trying to help her and just kind of left me in the dark. There plenty of other people standing around who could’ve been helping customers.This is my second trip in one month after having driven two hours to get to Memphis. Last time I was looking for a primer. She showed me one But there was no tester and she did not want to open a fresh package so that I could see if I liked it. She showed me another one which I would have bought on the spot, but they did not have it in stock. She offered to mail it to me, but I needed it then. Today as I was checking out, I commented how unhappy I was. The clerk just looked at me. There were four or five people standing behind the counter and no one bothered to ask me what the problem was. This is why people shop online. Why bother coming into a store when there’s no one there to help you Or knows anything about the products? If I shop online, there is tons of information. It appears to be a lack of training and poor supervision.

- KMKriz MaticMar 1, 20265.0I was sent to this store by a female friend of mine and of course you know a guy in a makeup store is out of place but I was lucky enough to run into a man by the name of Dorian who works here and was marvellous and helping me locate and find everything in a quick and timely manner. This guy is the epitome of professionalism. Be sure to ask for him if you need any help at this location.
