    The staff at Rowan was very helpful and welcoming from the second we walked in. My daughter got her second hole pierced for her birthday and Nurse Aleix was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. 10 out of 10 recommend getting all of your piercing needs at Rowan!

    Very professional! Aleix was so easy to talk to and i would absolutely go back! Me, my mom and my aunt all got our ears pierced from her! Such a good environment and Aleix took such good care of us!

    Kamilah was patient, precise, knowledgeable, and kind. She was incredibly calm with my 6-year-old, who has autism and is sensitive about her ears, giving her time to acclimate. The placement is impeccable.

    It’s definitely a cute place, but I’ll be honest, it’s pretty pricey for what you get. Almost to the point where it feels a little inconvenient. Getting my ears tapered was $35, which isn’t terrible, but the overall experience felt very money-focused. The staff was friendly and efficient, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the bigger picture was more about upselling than the experience itself. They do have really cute jewelry, though! I probably wouldn’t go back for services, but I could see this being a fun spot for a group of girls wanting matching piercings or a little outing together.
