- PCPhil CarpenterMar 14, 20263.0Im usually happy getting a haircut and beard trim here however today was not a good experience, the person who did my haircut did such a bad job that I ended up completely shaving my beard off when I got home and I also asked to get my eyebrows trimmed and rather than using a comb to trim he used the trimmers with a guard and got so close to both my eyes that I was wondering if it was going to poke both my eyes.

- JBJeffrey BechtelFeb 17, 20261.0Do not go to the Germantown location. 2nd bad haircut by the same guy. Showed up this afternoon to get what I always have done. Have to coach the guy to make sure my hair was the same length. Get in the car afterwards and my sideburns are not even. Drive over to Collierville to have it fixed cause there is no way I’m letting this guy continue, only to find out, the 2 guard he said he was using wasn’t even a 2 guard and he was using either a 3 or 4. There were long hairs behind my ears he just didn’t trim and the top of my head was about 4 different lengths. The lady at the Collierville location had to give me a completely new cut it was so bad. Lesson learned and will never go back.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
