THESE IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE...THEY PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. Now they are saying that I owe all these late fees and done messed my credit score completely up. On top of that I called them late month...the rep said that she fixed everything...why is my credit score 79 points lower. I am cancelling all credit cards and I DON'T WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH SEPHORA EVER A AGAIN. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU ALL HAD A SLOW CASHIER AND SHE PUT MY ADDRESS IN WRONG ON TOP OF THAT THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE THAT SAID SHE WAS GOING TO FIX IT IS SLOW TOO BECAUSE WHY IS THIS NOT FIXED. PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME CORPORATE NUMBER. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!!!
