10/10, would recommend! It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality jewelry and amazing experience. My piercer, Kamilah, was the best. She explained everything very well, and worked with me on my specific needs. They took great care of me, I will definitely be back!

Great staff, incredibly helpful. They pierced my niece’s ears and did one for my wife. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Also a very clean environment.

I was hoping to like this place, but it is 100% not completed with sterile technique. They use boxed nitrile gloves that are kept on the counter, not sterile gloves. This already makes it an unsterile procedure.
As some one who works in the medical field, it's super disappointing to go somewhere that says they do things in a sterile way, but ends up being beyond unsterile. Yes, they drop the earrings and needle on the field in a sterile way, but they use methods that are not sterile. Individually grabbing non-sterile gloves out of a box with their bare hands. Touching stuff on the field with non sterile hands and then changing their gloves to do the actual procedure. Confused how just changing your gloves makes the field/needle sterile again? Touching uncleaned parts of the person's ear/face with gloves and then touching things on the field... those things that are supposedly sterile before the piercing.
It was done in a clean way, but is was 100% not done in a sterile way. If a sterile piercing is your goal, I'd go elsewhere. My piercer was nice, and the front desk was nice, but nice doesn't mean sterile. Can't really get over the false advertising. Saying "a nurse does your piecing" doesn't mean it is done sterile. The fact they do "sterile piercings" but use non-sterile gloves really does it for me.

Initially, when I walked in, I asked to use the restroom. The associate at the register kindly pointed me in the right direction, but another woman — who appeared to be the manager — stopped her and said they were having plumbing issues. It felt uncomfortable, as if she assumed I wasn’t a paying customer and didn’t want me to use the restroom, even though I actually had an appointment.
Despite how that moment made me feel, I continued with my service and ended up spending $390 on three piercings.
Moral of the story: you never know who is walking through your doors with real business. A little kindness and respect toward every guest goes a long way.
Thanks to the lady who pierced my ear today as well as the cashier. They were delightful
