- JBJeffrey BechtelFeb 17, 20261.0Do not go to the Germantown location. 2nd bad haircut by the same guy. Showed up this afternoon to get what I always have done. Have to coach the guy to make sure my hair was the same length. Get in the car afterwards and my sideburns are not even. Drive over to Collierville to have it fixed cause there is no way I’m letting this guy continue, only to find out, the 2 guard he said he was using wasn’t even a 2 guard and he was using either a 3 or 4. There were long hairs behind my ears he just didn’t trim and the top of my head was about 4 different lengths. The lady at the Collierville location had to give me a completely new cut it was so bad. Lesson learned and will never go back.
