My son's hair was nothing like what he had said he wanted, not to mention the gaps and it not being evenly trimmed.. My daughter literally had an inch taken off and thinned but no shaping or layering nothing else done.. I received my haircut before the shampooing, after she cut it she looked at me like I was done. I said what about the shampoo she said oh yeah I forgot.. After the shampooing she said she would put me under the dryer I asked about having it blow dryer she said they would make her charge and extra 40. So she put me under a dryer for 10 mins. My hair was still soaked when I left. Not to mention it's 20 degrees out and I spent $ 82 for 3 cuts.. We were very disappointed.. I've been here many times years back, but after today I don't plan to ever come back!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
