This past year I switched to this location and I had two haircuts that were great but today I went and I actually have no idea what happened. I honestly just wanted the stylist to follow what the previous hair stylists had done which is on the receipt that prints out. I wanted a fade and a trim on top. I now have almost no hair on top of my head and I had to leave the salon embarrassed, shocked, and very self conscience. I've always been able to trust Great Clips to provide good service but that didn't happen.
