  Sephora CoolSprings Galleria location has an extremely rude manager. She was very unprofessional and set a poor example for the employees by the way she behaved. She also refused to provide her name when asked. The manager was on duty on March 15, 2026. This experience was very disappointing and far from the level of customer service expected from the brand. I will no longer be purchasing from Sephora and would rather buy directly from brands’ websites

  Eadie could sell me ocean front property in Montana and I’d kick my heels. My mom and I went in today in search of a new blush and Eadie quickly came over and asked us if we needed help. My mom had been on the hunt for products for her beautiful aging skin and has had a hard time in the past finding something that works well. Eadie introduced her to Charlotte Tilbury. She gave my mom perfect matches and took her time explaining each one while she applied a full beat. My mom looked and felt beautiful and bought a lot of Eadies recs. Then, I asked for help finding a statement lip combo for myself that didn’t make me wince with regret (I’m a nude girlie). I mentioned the Fenty Beauty cherry cola lip that I had seen on a TikTok once. Eadie mentioned that her store didn’t have that particular lip color but by golly she came in clutch with a close second. She also took the time to match a foundation to my skin color so the lip would look less harsh. I walked out with a new foundation, lip pencil, lipstick, and gloss. I just want to mention that when she put that first swatch of foundation on my face she gave a satisfied sigh and said “I love it when I nail it on the first try.” It gave me a rush of serotonin and I hadn’t even looked in the mirror yet. Thank you Eadie!

  My favorite Sephora in the city. Staff wise. Staff here are always so kind and helpful. They let me just browse and there if I need them. I drive from Nashville to this location because of this.

  My birthday was in December and by the time my day came, the birthday gifts were out of stock online so I came in store. The employees there that day said that I could come back January 2nd immediately after new years and they’ll be restocked and I could choose a gift. January 2nd is here, I come in and I asked the first employee I saw with the glasses. She said that they only do points as far as she knows and she can’t give me a gift but told me to get in line to try anyways. So I was got in line and waited for a WHILE. When I got there, the SAME lady with the glasses was cashier and said no gift for me. Then proceeded to tell me to go back in the long line and wait and see if I could get the other cashier so I can ask her if I’m able to get my gift. Then she just called the next in line. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have NEVER been to a Sephora and been treated this poorly. I just walked out quietly. I didn’t feel like making a scene, I don’t even want my points anymore, not worth it.

  Me and my friend went there the 1st of January. It was my birthday and I wanted to get a free gift. I been a Ulta beauty insider for 5 years. I usually just get my gift online but I decided to do it in person this time. The person that helped us had glasses and she wasn’t helpful she lied to us and said that they had no free gifts. Mind you I had $100 of a Sephora gift card that I was gonna spend, but I didn’t because of her. We told this black lady that worked there about what happened and she was super nice and told us that they did in fact had the free gifts and how to get them. They really should fire people that don’t have people skills or costumer service.
