  Space was adequately clean. Massage chair in good working condition. Relaxing experience, but more like a clinic, not a spa. Staff friendly. Had the IV Hydration drip with energy boost, no noticeable effects for me, but I am generally a healthy person. Beware that there is a $25 telehealth nurse appointment fee as part of your first visit that is not clearly indicated on the website.

  Had such a wonderful first time experience at Prime IV, Katelyn & Tori took the best care of me! Helping me feel and look my best from the inside out! Definitely can’t wait to make these apart of my monthly self care 🫶🏼

  This is the most relaxing IV experience I’ve ever had. The team was so knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect IV for my needs. I’m also adding on some injections that I’m hoping will be game changing for my health! Can’t recommend enough!!

  Recently came in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Kaitlyn, Tori and Michelle took time explaining all the options and benefits to me. Will definitely be back.

  Prime IV in Franklin shows OUT! I’ve been in twice for a wellness drip and was exceptionally pleased both times. The care of the staff is focused with their divided attention, professionalism and compassion. And while waiting for your drip to drip, you get to sit in these AMAZING massage chairs. Closest thing to an actual massage in my opinion! I always feel more relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave Prime. Thank you so much for the incredible experience, I will be back!
