They then offered us to come in anyways and enjoy the salt room, on them! I was very impressed with their professionalism, kindness and overall experience at this location. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and ended up bruising my body in multiple places (this was supposed to be a light to medium pressure massage for relaxation). They offered champagne after the massage to which I said yes, then waited in the waiting room for someone to bring it, but nobody came. Then they add a 20% gratuity onto the massage and make you request to take that off. This creates a very awkward customer experience, especially after already having paid almost $300 for a massage.

The service was 10/10 every staff member is sweet, engaging and wonderful. I had Diana for my facial and she was amazing- highly recommend her she explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We used the salt room and sauna and it was the best salt room I have ever been in! Truly the most wonderful experience 10/10 would recommend! We are definitely going back!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements/Age Restricitons
Woodhouse Spa will not perform any service(s) on anyone under the age of 12 and reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Children are not prohibited at the spa or in the spa boutique. Please review the following specific age restrictions for Woodhouse Spa Franklin:
Massage: Guests must be 18+ for a solo massage. Parents/guardians may not sit in the service room in order to get a minor in for service.
Body Treatment: Guests must be 18+ for all Body Treatments.
Ritual: Guests must be 18+ for all Rituals.
Facial: Guests must be 18+ for a facial. Guests 16+ may receive a facial if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). The parent/guardian must check in with the minor and stay at the spa for the duration of the minor's service.
Wax: Guests must be 18+ for all Wax services.
Nails: Guests must be 18+ for solo Nail services. Guests 16+ may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present with them at a spa (re: in another service or in the relaxation room). Guests 12+ may receive a nail service if a parent/guardian is present in the same service room.
Alcohol: Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to access the mimosa bar even with parent consent. We have the right to card guests or prohibit alcohol consumption.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
What is reflexology?
A relaxing take on the traditional art of reflexology, this service begins with a shea butter and sugar exfoliation of the feet. Pressure is then applied to specific reflex points on the feet, relieving stress, inducing deep relaxation and bringing balance to the entire body.
How does reflexology differ from a foot massage? Massage is the manipulation of tissues to relax the muscles, relieve tension and improve circulation. This can improve overall health and well-being.
Reflexology uses a targeted pressure point massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. Beyond the feel-good effects of the treatment the practice and purpose go deeper than the skin and muscles. Kneading the soft fleshy ball of the foot, pulling on the toes, tracing around the heel and pushing deep into the arch of the foot are just a few of the movements your experience during a treatment,.
Benefits of Reflexology? With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings in the feet, reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy in the body. It is said to do so by moving the flow of blood , nutrients and nerve impulses.
Before Your Facial
Can I book a facial or HydraFacial right after Botox or fillers?
For your safety and comfort, we ask that you wait at least 7 days after injectables before booking a facial, and 14 days before scheduling a HydraFacial.
Do I need to stop using retinol before my facial?
Yes. Please discontinue the use of retinol or other strong active skincare products a few days to one week before your appointment.
What if I am currently taking Accutane?
Facials cannot be performed until 6 months after completing Accutane, and HydraFacials require 12 months post-treatment.
Can I book a HydraFacial if I recently had a chemical peel?
We recommend waiting 15–30 days after a chemical peel before scheduling a HydraFacial.
Are facials safe if I have a fever blister or cold sore?
Unfortunately, facials and HydraFacials cannot be performed if you have an active fever blister or cold sore. Please wait until it has fully healed before booking.
