- SWS WillitsNov 10, 20255.0I have been going here for a while and I absolutely LOVE the way this has changed my life, especially as I age. Literally, I leave feeling amazing every time. The staff is SO knowledgeable, caring and makes you feel like family. I do injections and IV and love them all! Today I went in not feeling well at all. I received an IV and in about 20 minutes I felt so much better, after I got home a little bit later I felt brand new. So much so, I almost forgot I was terribly sick this morning! Proof this works, and proof everyone needs to go! I highly recommend buying packages because I assure you, you will go back all the time. Thank you to my Prime IV staff for all you do for me!

I said no problem and finished it before 4:45. At 4:45 I called to let them know my GPS showed I might be 5 to 8 minutes late, and they said no issues. Then at 4:49 they called and said I still needed to do the intake form, so they would not have time to see me today. I told them I had already completed it, and they said, “Oh, sorry,” but still refused to see me. I ended up wasting my time for nothing. They tell you one thing and then do another, and for a medical office that does not make me feel comfortable. I will be finding another place.
