Yes I looked at it before we walked out but at that time it looked ok but after she got home, washed it n brushed it out, I was like hold up, her beautiful hair is all jacked up!!! Tbh im pretty upset about this. Will there ever be a day great clips have employees that ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB they signed up. To the owner of this place~ It would be a great idea to have ur employees go back to training or sum !!!
