- SKSonia KrahnertMar 24, 20261.0I went in for my normal cut with my regular gentleman. He was out so an older woman said she could do my cut. My hair is at least 3 inches lower than chest length. Long, has been long my entire life. I told her to cut off 3 inches only. I even showed her where to cut my hair. She started in the back and before I knew it she has clipped off 8 inches of my hair. I was mortified. I've never had anybody do this in my lifetime. My hair barely sits on my shoulders and there is nothing I can do. She kept cutting around my head unevenly and had to try to fix it. I would NEVER recommend going back. I literally cried when I left.

The guy that was cutting my hair asked what I wanted and I told him to trim the top a little bit because I wanted to keep my curls. Don’t get me wrong, he got me pretty good and my cut still looks fresh, I just wish he didn’t trim all that off😭other than that it was excellent.

I have been with multiple stylists here & they all do a wonderful job, but today I need to give a BIG shout out to Amanda for always coming through! She takes the additional time to ensure you're satisfied & even touched up my brows! I actually trust her with beard maintenance & she always does the most! The time I was here before this, I was VERY on the fence about letting someone other than myself touch up my beard. She took charge, made it look better than expected, and gained a lifetime client. Hence why I came in this morning! 11/10 will be back (prolly every 2 weeks).

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
