- CCChrishanna ChanelMay 31, 20251.0I went to Sephora to get some Fenty makeup and some sol de janitor for my daughter and I wished I hadn’t gone there. I was of all of 2 min. I went to the Sephora in Cookeville Tn and the lady at the Sephora counter was rude by laughing at whatever questions I had about the makeup. I asked her to point me in the direction of what was looking for and she didn’t move, didn’t seem to want to help me. I asked her to point me in the direction of sol de Janeiro that my daughter was looking for. The employee just pointed behind me. My daughter then told me that she was laughing at me for whatever reason I don’t know. she was not helpful at all. Didn’t even attempt to leave from behind the counter. Which is why I left the store and didn’t make a purchase. Once I got to ulta the young lady helped me and answered every single question I had. Every other employee was friendly and spoke as they walked by. I’m never disappointed when I go to ulta. I should have went there first. Thank you Cassie for helping me. I also took the time to call and talk to the manager on that shift to let him know how helpful she was.
