I showed a picture of what I wanted, even asked to trim some from the top and about an inch or so from the sides. 5 minutes later she’s already walking to the counter to ring me out when she didn’t even touch my sides. She came back and apologized, she was sweet in trying to replicate what I wanted but it wasn’t even close. I could’ve done a better job with a bowl and a hedge trimmer..

Also, a person has a right to their beliefs, but I really don't care to hear somebody providing a service for which I paid complain about needing a "White People's Day" holiday in this country, nor any other of their political musings. I've paid to have my hair cut, at a place that, yes, was a last resort already to begin with since I was traveling. That's really all I needed or cared about. Congratulations, Great Clips. I'll never visit one of your establishments again.

At the end I leave and notice my hair feels uneven(the weight on each side). A day later, I see one part of my hair is normal and the other is half the size of the other side. I measured and saw one side was 2x bigger than the other side. I am never going here again.
