The staff there is friendly, professional, and always make me feel welcomed. I really enjoy the Great Clips app, that allows me to check in online, and arrive at their agency in time to get my hair done. It couldn't be easier. And Great Clips occasionally offers very nice discounts on the cost of their services. I'd recommend them to anyone I know!

I went there to past 3 times and I never get my hair right.It's been in different lengths.Can't cut my bangs straight at all they don't know what there doing.. today I go there and this HUGE lady that worked there was so rude to my mother who was trying to get me and her a sucker the lady takes the basket from the counter and said "I better put that up" first off of the customers can't get them why are they there second off she was getting me one too. This women needs to be fired. With her all over the place self.
