I have worn Always Red 01 by Sephora since 2013 and for 8 months i have tried to reach someone about the change in formula to my signature 💄 lipstick. I have been blessed to travel the world and tell over 1 Million women who I have worked with inspired and help create magic about my lipstick brand favorite. They made it cheaper, smaller, and it smells like cheap Chapstick. I would have felt better paying up to $20 - $25 a tube instead of the cheaper replacement. I reached out to product development they looked me up on LinkedIn in but never responded. So even through I still wear it because Chanel Gucci, and Tom Ford are a cheap imitation. And no I dont wear MAC. But if you all could check your old tube's which I keep you can see the difference. I willngive every Sephora the same review. Y'all changed the magic formula. That lipstick had us feeling like unstoppable ladies of empowerment. Not a smart choice I bet sales down too. Ill check the final quarter statistics in sales. Yep its that serious. Me and 2 Million views want a change back to the original formula we are willing to pay more.
