- AAAshley Allen2 days ago1.0I decided that I needed a quick trim so I stopped by around 1230 on Saturday 1/10 and it was really busy. I didn't have a appointment and I was fixing to sit down and make one and this very smart woman by the name of Erica decided to help me and everything she asked me she was so hateful about it and just rude for no reason - I gave her my info and went to sit down.... In the meantime more people were coming in to which one of the ladies said to another I should just lock the door , that did something to me because if they don't won't to be there then they shouldn't be... I left and went somewhere else that was also busy but was greeted with a smile and friendlyness... Just by that small interaction I would not recommend nor will I ever step back in there....

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
