All she wanted was her undercut refreshed and a little higher. Her hair is thick and the undercut was about 1.5 inches. She walked out with 60% of her hair gone. At first she didn’t make a straight line and then was ripping apart her curls to make the part. The she began to cut and I had to stop her because it wasn’t straight. Multiple times I had to help make a straight line and she would ask me “is it straight?” DONT THEY TEACH YOU TO MAKE STRAIGHT LINES IN COSMOTOLOGY SCHOOL?!!! Needless to say my middle schooler is crushed. She has been trying to grow her hair longer and now it is this. Beyond pissed.
