When I called, I was assured that a haircut could be done to my specifications. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an older woman who appeared to be the receptionist. She then proceeded to cut my hair. Before she began, I showed her a picture of the desired haircut and explicitly asked if she could achieve that style. I also stated that if she could not, I would go to a different store. She confirmed that she could do it. However, after only 7 to 8 minutes, she suddenly declared the haircut was "done." I was shocked because my hair was still very long, completely unlike the picture I had shown her. When I pointed out that she had done it incorrectly, she insisted it looked "good." This experience was highly unprofessional and frankly, unacceptable. It is clear that the stylist either did not understand how to cut men's hair or simply disregarded my request after confirming she could fulfill it. The result is disgusting and far from what I expected or agreed upon.
