  I’m usually SUPER picky about who cuts my hair, and it’s hard to find someone, especially since I move around a lot for work, but I decided to give Great Clips a try and I’m REALLY glad I did. Jewel was the one who cut my hair, she even mentioned it was her first day at that location, that she had just moved here, and OMG it felt like heaven sent her!!! I hadn’t got a haircut in a year because I was afraid of not being able to find someone that would cut my hair well, usually when I get face frames, because I ask for a shoulder length, hairstylist can sometimes (a lot of time) give me a long bang, almost like a bob. So I had a bit of trust issues, since I had just got to fix the last stylist mistake, but I’m honestly so glad I went when she was there and got her as my stylist. She absolutely killed it; I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! She was so patient with all my requests and really took her time with my long, thick, waist-length hair. I usually go for V-cuts or butterfly layers, and she clearly knew exactly what she was doing. My hair came out perfect. Literally perfect! Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a great vibe. Really happy I found a spot I can keep coming back to! 10/10

  I went in with my hair blow dried for a cut and she wet it and cut waaayyy to much hair off. I didn’t realize until later when I got back home to style it that it was too short. I specifically stated when I walked in I didn’t want too much off and didn’t want it too short and she still cut too much and very fast as well. I don’t feel that I was listened to at all and my hair does not look like the pictures I showed for guidance. I had Autumn and I will never be going back. Not to mention this was supposed to be my birthday style. She ruined it.

  Went in yesterday wanting a trim all the way around and shape up for my bangs. I lost abouttttt 6-7 inches of my hair!!!! She got incredibly scissor happy, was extremely rough, and tbh it looks terrible. I was so upset when I left yesterday. The haircut was 20 plus taxes. I handed her $40 and she didn’t offer me any change. I left with my hair damp and not even styled, definitely not $40 worth. I’ll never be back. The girls name was autum faith, she was a bit too much. She shared incredibly too much and had super short hair. I came in with long beautiful hair & my hair looks like a toddler cut it, nothing is even or makes sense. I hate I chose there yesterday.
