  I’m very peculiar about how I like my hair done and both times I have seen Erica she has knocked it out of the ballpark. She makes me feel comfortable to be myself in her chair, I respect her authenticity, and she has reignited my confidence at both services. She cares about her clients, will listen to your hair goals, and provide the best results with professional suggestions and advice. Thank you 💛

  My experience with JCPenney salon was nothing shy of amazing on Sunday. I woke up and needed a change, so I decided to get a haircut. I hope Katina Fowler understands her purpose in life! I sat in her chair and was treated as though she knew me her whole life. She took one look at the photo I presented of my desired cut and went to work. She encouraged me to enjoy the process and I was completely wowed by the final result. The precision of the cut and style I received is still evident on a rainy Tuesday. My hair is transformed and so am I. Thank you Katina for taking time out of your day to make a difference in mine. I highly recommend Katina!

  Had appointment for haircut.. Arrived early. At appointment time, was told “she is ready for you” but I didn’t see my stylist. Front desk lady pointed to another stylist and said “oh she will be cutting your hair today because stylist S is running behind.” I don’t like the disrespectful way I was treated. I want to choose my own hairstylist. My appointment selection should be honored.
