I tried checking in over two hours prior to walking in and their store on the app said check in was unavailable walk-ins only. I tried explaining that to her and she was clearly frustrated. She ended up checking us in but then went and started complaining to the person in her chair like I couldn't hear her. My son was with me so I decided not to lose it on her running her mouth, and left. We will never be back again. I suggest going somewhere else.

A family came in and again Jackie out of the store on clarksville tn highway 76 decided to be rude again. I csnt stand for it and wont. She rolled her eyes when it was a kid haircut and not an adult haircut. I comforted the family and to be honest i dont know if they will be back at all because of her. She is a rude, non professional person. To me it seems like she doesn't want to be there at all and it shows. And then i was scoffed at because i only allow 2 hairstylists to cut my hair. I dont think customers will use her anymore to be honest.
