  I absolutely love Bella Med Spa! I see Tori for my chemical peels and microneedling, and she is truly amazing. She always takes the best care of me and has played such a big role in transforming my skin. What I appreciate most is that I never feel pressured into anything—she’s so genuine, honest, and really listens to what I want. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend!

  I haven't had a service done here, but after my consultation I wouldn’t recommend this place for tattoo removal. I completely understand that I’m removing a full sleeve and that it’s a huge commitment—both time and money. I went into the consultation fully aware of that and ready for the process. But the experience here just made everything feel more discouraging than it needed to be. At the beginning, she quoted me as if my entire arm would be treated in one session, which from what i've researched, isn’t how full sleeve removal should be done. I had to point out that it’s usually broken up into sections. I also want to be clear that I obviously understand this is a very large piece and would cost more than removing a small tattoo—I of course came into the consult expecting that. When I asked about doing half of my arm at a time, the price was adjusted to half of the original quote, which made sense. But when I asked about breaking it down further into quarters, the price didn’t change at all, which was confusing and didn’t seem consistent. Other places I've spoken to base their pricing on the time spent treating the area, so this just felt off. The cost per session was also $200+ higher than what I was quoted at multiple other places. The biggest issue for me was the overall tone of the consult. It felt like she didn’t have confidence in what she was doing, and it came across like I wouldn’t be able to handle the process. Instead of feeling informed and supported, I left feeling worse about myself and my decision—which is frustrating because this is already a tough choice to make. I ended up going to a highly recommended place in Nashville afterward, and the difference was night and day. They were confident, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and reassured about moving forward. I’ll gladly make the 1.5-hour drive for that level of care—especially considering I’ll spend half of what I would have if I had chosen Bella. I’m sure they might be fine for other med spa services, but I would not recommend going here for a tattoo removal —especially if you want to feel supported and confident in your decision.

  From the moment you walk in and have the privilege to speak to the beautiful young ladies at the front desk until you leave this business you will experience luxury and professionalism. Katherine was super informative and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

  Review on laser hair removal of the face: Pricilla does a wonderful job. She sets expectations, checks progress, answer questions, behaves professionally, respectfully, and warmly, and I've found the treatments highly effective. The entire staff there is great, not to leave them out. The building is calm, quiet, and clean, with nice décor. I recommend them to Anyone who is looking to remove some unwanted facial hair.

  I’m so thankful to Sierra for such an excellent Dysport experience. I’ve tried injectables several times over the past few years at different places, and honestly, I was hesitant to do it again because I had some side effects or no effect at all. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and only wish I had come to Bella Med Spa sooner. The med spa itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the front desk was welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!
