I did have a nice employee check on me, and I requested help to shade match. When that employee came up, she couldn't get the shade match tool to work and just guessed at shades. However, as she was helping me, she kept getting radioed to help other customers. I guess I wasn't important enough to be helped, so I left and bought at Ulta.

Eli was so quick to show me different options. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and then after I found what I needed I was waiting in line with about 5 other people with a bunch of things and Eli came back and they pulled me out of line and checked me out separately since I was only getting one item. Super sweet and friendly!
