- MSMadison SextonFeb 18, 20261.0one time i came the older lady was MAD AT ME that my hair was hard to brush (my hair was just really dry, but it WAS clean and everything). whoever just cut my hair this time was so rude to me beyond belief and was mad i was not holding my head how she wanted… like im sorry im your GUEST though maybe tell me how to hold my head better kindly. acting like i was a nuisance to her day. i always leave AT LEAST 10 bucks but i left $7 didn’t even wanna hand over a $20 to ask for change from it bc she done pissed me off so bad i had to get out of there. you don’t treat people like that, you never know if someone is different minded than you…. & especially not to people who are being kind to you. i didn’t do anything but come to my local haircut spot for a TRIM. i live right down the street and have came here for years and its always a hit or miss if yall actually give me a good haircut or not. i came in sweatpants and Tshirt and look young & i guess she thought i wouldnt tip? or that i would be difficult while she was cutting my hair? who knows. i understand sometimes when you’re having a bad day it’s hard to be jolly but goodness gee you were giving me a very personal service. yall should handle your GUESTS with more care & kindness. i didn’t even want to leave this review but dang!!! boooooooo thumbs down tomato tomato!!!! 🍅 what goes around comes around, leave the bs at home! i was just a little happy lass coming to get my haircut.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
