Went in for a simple mens hair cut and the person they scheduled me with told me she had never done a mens hair cut which is fine but just put that on her profile so I can't / dont book her. Wasted $80 and my time. Shared a email with feedback to Element asking for them to correct the experience and never heard back from them.... Went home for the Holidays with a horrible hair cut and no offer from them to correct. Not a good customer experience

My first interaction was with Lisaney and they were absolutely wonderful - welcoming, hospitable, immediately offered me a drink and made me comfortable. Josh was a fantastic stylist. He was so fun to chat with, he listened to everything I was asking for and gave great recommendations while consistently checking in for feedback (and the head massage during my wash? Five stars for real). Overall a truly wonderful experience. I cannot recommend highly enough!!
