  I went to this sephora today specifically looking for the Beauty of Joseon eye cream and was approached by an associate who asked if I needed help. So I showed her what I was looking for on my phone and was told “I’ve never seen this in the store, it must be an online thing.” And I said “Oh ok, thanks anyways.” And then was just kind of wandering around seeing if maybe there was another option I might like when I actually found what I was originally looking for. So when I went up to the till to pay I told the cashier that I was told by an associate that they didn’t keep that product in the store (just as a heads up because I know that there is a lot of things in Sephora so it would be easy to forget what’s in there lol) and I was asked to point the person out but I didn’t see her while I was paying so I couldn’t. But as I was walking out I saw her so I just walked up and said “hey! I did find the eye cream just so you know that the store does have it!” And she then says “I actually don’t work for Sephora, I work for a brand so I didn’t know.” And so I left feeling a little confused. This person was dressed exactly as a store associate, didn’t tell me otherwise, and confidently told me that store did not stock the thing I was looking for. The ACTUAL associates I dealt with were wonderful and always are, but I really don’t think Sephora should let brand ambassadors in their stores just based on the interaction I had with the one today. Sephora almost lost a sale today because a brand ambassador told me the store did not stock a brand they very clearly do. I still want to give 4 stars because this is the only Sephora I go to and I know it’s not this specific stores fault, but I want to warn people to make sure you are actually speaking to a Sephora Associate and not a brand ambassador.

  Ashlee did a benefit brow lamination. She was so careful and caring. She really knew how to match colour and manage my really sensitive skin. Such a meaningful conversation as well for a well rounded compassionate mother.

  AMAZING. Talent and customer service at the beauty studio (full face + brow waxing). Been multiple times. Mistakes happen, accepted and faced the frustration head on. Resolution was key for the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
