  I cannot say enough good things about this store. We had a small gathering here and they were so well organized, helpful and kind. We received a confirmation email upon booking, and a confirmation email and phone call closer to the date asking about any allergies. Beautifully planned and paced. Mercedes and Atlas were very knowledgeable and brought such a fun and welcoming energy. Great staff was the cherry on top of a fantastic day.

  Alayna served me the cruelty-free non-animal testing products on a Sunday and made the experience the best I’ve ever had in Lush, if you pop by, you had better ask for help from her by name!!! I was also gifted a plethora of free products!!!!!

  I was having a truly awful week, but this store completely turned it around with its amazing vibe on Saturday, March 28th. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—someone even complimented my coat right away, which instantly lifted my mood. Sabrina was especially incredible. She was so helpful, patient with all my questions, and just genuinely great to chat with. She took the time to walk me through different products without ever making me feel rushed. The woman who checked me out around 5 pm wrote my gift card balance on these cards and had and was also just an incredible human. Another incredible human with black/gray hair helped me with lip balm. Fantastic group of people. There's always a male in a sort of 70s shirt and glasses too. Everyone that works here has been beyond exceptional everytime I've come in. I wish I knew everyone's name but hopefully the approximate time stamps help. Such a positive experience overall—I’ll definitely be back!

  Brilliant service from the team today! Solar was a DELIGHT! He sent me home with a sample of the OG Peppermint Foot Cream, and we embraced the cheeky connection between LUSH and The Body Shop, two brands that have my heart. The atmosphere was bright, the vibes were vibing, and the entire team attended to every customer with care and passion, giving one-on-one consultations that reminded me of the decade I was privileged to spend with The Body Shop. I’d had a very rough morning (understatement!) prior to stopping in, but the warm, personalized connections from both Solar and Christina really had a lasting impact. Their kindness, compassion, and product knowledge cannot be understated. I spent most of my time with Solar and can say they are truly in their element. Whether you’re shopping for a pick-me-up, a gift, or just stopping by, you’ll never not feel welcome here. I cannot recommend this location of LUSH enough, not just as a place for cosmetics, but as an opportunity to see passion in action and have self-care brought to new light.
