- SBShanelle Boncato6 days ago1.0Went here on a Monday at 1300h. To say the least, no one welcomed us. None of the workers were friendly, I smiled at them, nothing. No one even said Hi, especially when we walked pass them. A little smile, friendliness goes a long way. This is the first time I ever experienced this kind of customer service in a Sephora. At the cashier, when I was paying, she didn’t even ask if I needed a bag, and only smiled when I smiled first, her smile went away when I left, my bestfriend saw it. It was kinda disappointing.

Not only I experience being followed and constantly asked if they need assistance. It’s obvious, and has been confirmed by former employees, that this is a tactic to watch people they suspect as thieves.
- MMMadisonOct 11, 20252.0Everytime I go in here, its not very welcoming to say the least, unless your caked up with makeup or whatever your usually never helped, staff are always for the most time busy talking with eachother, glaring at customers, I could go on, only time you are acknowledged is when you get up to the till to pay for your things where only then you get asked " Did anyone help you today" then once your leaving with your bag of purchases only then the two girls at the front are friendly. If you want to be treated fairly and with some more kindness go to the other location on the other side of the city!
