    This location is not friendly. I am never greeted when I walk in and no one ever offers to help. I'm sure it is because I don't "look the part". I don't usually go to this location for the these reasons. The other day I was in the area and needed a couple things. I walked in and again no hello, yet tons of staff walking around. After going through the aisles trying to find an item I was finally acknowledged by Maine and they were very helpful. I gave a few stars only because Maine saved the day. Thank you Maine!!!

    I went into Sephora about 10 minutes before closing. I told my daughter before we went in that we only had 10 minutes and needed to be quick. At 7:55 we were told they were closing in five minutes, which we acknowledged and thanked the employee for. Two minutes later, a different employee came up and said they were closing in three minutes, and then a minute later another employee told us they were closing in two minutes. It was a bit much and kind of took away from the dad-daughter shopping spree I gave her for Christmas.

    I went here boxing day 2025 and it was horrific. I visited this store on a very busy shopping day and completely understand that staff were under pressure. However, my experience was uncomfortable due to how the situation was handled. One employee appeared visibly overwhelmed, removed her earpiece, and expressed frustration aloud in front of customers saying "jesus christ" While I understand stress happens, this set a tense tone in the store and made me uncomfortable. Then a cashier doing checkouts near perfume area was short rude and had an impatient tone. I misunderstood her, instead of explaining she repeated herself twice in a rude tone and gave me a dirty look. And a customer was trying to kindly ask her a question while checking my things out and she was completly ignored till she walked off. Every employee i seen looked miserable not one smile or offers to help. I want to be clear that I don’t expect perfection, especially during busy periods — but basic courtesy and professionalism still matter. The contrast between this store and others I visited that day (which had excellent service despite similar crowds) made the experience stand out.

    I had the best experience with Alex at Sephora. She was professional, warm, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My makeup looked stunning, and I received endless compliments all night. I felt confident and like the best version of myself. I would 100% recommend Alex to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

    I’m a regular Sephora customer and usually receive consistent, welcoming service. Today around 5 PM, when my mom asked about her recent birthday gift at checkout, the cashier responded “no” abruptly and without any context. I noticed Amika samples still available, so I asked again for clarification. She then said, “I already told you, we have no gifts. Do you want 200 points or not,” in an uncalled‑for, dismissive tone that made a standard request feel like an inconvenience. She had not “previously explained” anything; instead, she ignored and dismissed my mom’s attempts to engage politely. Watching that was disappointing, especially since customer service is a basic expectation. Even during busy holiday periods, this level of disregard is not something I’ve experienced at Sephora before
