  I went there with huge noise cancelling headphones, politely waved to the greeter and went straight for the bath bombs. The associate came up and started talking to me anyway, (not everyone sees the headphones and backs off) so I take one ear off and answer a few questions. Before I put my head phones back on, I tell her “I’m here for 1 specific bath bomb and 1 new bath bomb. I don’t know which new one I want, so I’m just going to smell a few until I find one I like.” Headphones on. She then asked me what smells I like. Headphones off, and I said a bit ruder “I don’t know. I’m picky. I just want to smell them.” Headphones on and I attempt to pick up and smell a random bath bomb. She then proceeds to start picking up bath bombs, PUTTING THEM IN MY FACE, AND ASKING IF I LIKED THEM. AND SHE JUST KEPT DOING IT. It felt like she was annoyed that I was trying to not participate and wanted to mess with me. It felt like a sibling saying “I’m not touching you” every time she grabbed a new bath bomb and shoved it in my face. At no point did I ever get the impression that she was trying to help. At Lush, how do I get left alone in this store, in a polite way? I was incredibly clear with my plan, physically dressed in a way that said I didn’t want to be bothered, and then was a bit rude and abrupt as a last resort and I was still pestered. I straight up left with the wrong thing because I wanted to get away from her.

  Very friendly staff, especially Kaylee. She patiently and excitedly explained everything to my 2 kids and allow them to pick what they want to get. And entertained them for another 5-10mins while I line up to pay, letting them try anything they set their eyes on. Will go back there just for the friendly staffs :). And i cant wait to use the bubble bath soap for my kids before they go to bed. Thanks again Kaylee, I haven’t met someone at any mall who were as friendly to my kids as you :) I really appreciate it.

  I had such a fantastic experience earlier at Lush that I just had to share! Myla (something like “Me-lah”) was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable even when I changed my mind about a product. She stayed nearby, was attentive whenever I needed her, and suggested a gift set I ended up loving. I also noticed the other staff interacting with all the customers and each other with so much respect, treating everyone in such a welcoming way. It’s clear that Lush prioritizes both their staff and their customers, and I’m more than happy to support a company that supports the people who support it. Highly recommend Lush for their amazing variety and staff!! P.S. I am now in LOVE with Sticky Dates and WILL be coming back to top up once I run out of this stuff!!!🤎🤎☺️

  I needed to pick up some things for my nieces Christmas gift last Sunday. I had just had LASIK the day before and had my left eye flushed the next day. So my vision was hot garbage, zero depth perception. This absolutely lovely human being named Ash literally did my shopping for me. She walked me over to the stand I needed, picked out the items, walked me over to the till and handed me off to the check out lady - who gave my daughter stickers. Thank you all so much! Ash you are a wonderful person, a gem, and I hope random dogs smile at you every time you need it!

  All of the employees are kind and great but the company policies on forced interactions and demonstrations make my visits here beyond uncomfortable as a socially-awkward person. Employees are taught that a “I’m just browsing” or “no, I’m okay” are not enough to leave a customer alone and that they must reproach. Last time I was in here I immediately said “no I’m just looking” and the same employee followed me to the back of the store. It isn’t just awkward but it makes me feel like I’m being targeted. Just a simple “I’m here if you need anything” would do just fine. I love Lush products but I wish that I didn’t have to buy online or even travel to a busier city to blend in the crowd because of how uncomfortable I feel in the store.
