Mercedes was so bubbly and fun to chat with, she also was quite knowledgeable about the products sold through Lush. I was on my own today but talking with her felt like I was shopping with one of my friends. Employees like Mercedes make shopping a fun experience! If you're reading this and are her supervisor or manager, you should be very impressed with your employees customer service skills!! Maybe even give this diva a lil raise? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also follow up to my original post: Obviously the products she recommended and I purchased based on her recommendations are fabulous. I told her I was just browsing for Xmas gifts for my friends to get later on in the season and she was an incredible help. I can get a description of what my friends might appreciate in a product and she provided on point recommendations and gave full details on each product. I truly believed I was working with a longtime Lush expert but then she told me she was a fairly new employee! I wouldn’t have been able to tell as she carried herself with such confidence and knew her stuff. Keep up the great work Christina!
