- ACAva ClarkeFeb 14, 20265.0Came into lush today only to find out I was experiencing a loss of sense of smell. This only occurred to me once I was in a place that should usually be scented. I was incredibly disheartened until I talked to an employee named Atlas and she offered to smell and describe the scents. Throughout my whole shopping trip she asked me what smells I usually preferred, recommended me products, and gave in depth descriptions of what the product smelled like and their benefits. She asked me about allergies, found amazing products that fit my needs, and most importantly made me feel seen and not like a burden. It can be quite embarrassing asking for that level of help when you aren’t used to doing so but Atlas enthusiastically went along with my requests and questions. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience, so thank you!
