Whenever I ask about offers or samples, she either says she doesn’t know or claims they’re out of stock. It feels like she’s doing a favor instead of serving customers. Very unprofessional attitude and disappointing experience. I will think twice before going again.

I am a Rouge member and have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing many products annually. Unfortunately, the cashier who assisted me was very impatient and displayed a poor attitude during the entire interaction. She seemed unhappy and made the experience unpleasant. As a loyal Rouge customer, I expect Sephora staff to treat every client with professionalism and respect. This experience was disappointing and far below the service level I usually expect from Sephora. I hope the store management can look into this and improve the customer experience.

I recently made an online order, something I do often as I have a busy schedule and don’t frequent downtown as often. I ordered two LE lip balms, when I sat down for lunch I went through my bags and noticed one was missing! I rushed back to the store and was given the best customer service one can receive! They looked into my order for a bit, found the item (thankfully it wasn’t sold out) and promptly gave it to me. Not to set expectations as every situation is different, but I am so glad to have this corrected in such a timely, polite and professional matter. Me and my glossier lip balms thank you!
