- LKLovepreet KaileyOct 13, 20251.0I got the Kerasilk Smoothing Treatment from Desiree at Pur Indulgence Salon on October 10. I paid $370 and followed all the aftercare instructions, but after the first wash, there was no difference — my hair is still frizzy and dry. I’m very disappointed, and for the price, this feels like a total waste of money. I hope the salon is willing to make this right.
- RSRobin SwannApr 28, 20245.0My son had wonderful haircuts from age 1-3 here. Then, ONCE, we tried a Chatters cut... this was terrible idea, they gave the poor kid a bowl cut! We called Pur Indulgence and asked if they could squeeze us in that same night because it was my son's birthday the next day and he looked ridiculous. They were able to fit us in, fix my son's hair, and we are never going to get his hair cut anywhere else ever again. Thank you Desiree!
