- BCBreezy CalliesMar 27, 20261.0I bought a mascara a week ago. When I took it home and tried it, it was completely dry. When I tried to take it back yesterday, the girl at the counter said she couldn’t return it without my receipt. My fault I threw it away because I have never had to return anything from Sephora. I have also never shopped at the one at Kohls. She refused to let me return it, can’t look up my purchase with my phone number, which I am a member or my debit card. She basically implied there isn’t anything I could do. She didn't offer to replace it, she took the mascara wand out and looked at it - it was dry dry. She tried to hand it back to me since she wouldn’t return it, I told her to keep it cuz what am I gonna do with it??? I hope she checked the other mascaras to see if they were okay to sell! Super unimpressed with this location.

Went to check out and the advertised sale price wasn't available to me because im not some insider. Told them they can keep the shit i dont want it. That's deceptive advertising menards just lost a lawsuit over their sale ads. Plus the lady that eventually showed up to the counter had an attitude. I think I'll keep my teen daughter out of this chain of stores
