- NAnicole adamsNov 28, 20182.0When my class was there the two people were a little rude about the whole thing, until we were all at the Register paying for our stuff. Honestly they are a really good business I would shop there again but the customer service left something to be desired.
- KSKristin SchmeltzerNov 14, 20181.0I live in Belle Fourche and do not ever make it down before 6:00 so I can not make it to Cosmoprof or I would be going there. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have drove all the way to Rapid for product and they close the store early. Their hours on the door and online say open till 6:30 on Wednesdays. I tried calling early so I could let them know I was coming and it would be close to 6 or 6:30 when I showed up. No one answere the phone. I got to the store at 6:20 and the lights were off door was locked and no one was in sight. This is litterally the worst buisness I have ever encountered. They never stay open the times they claim to be open. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
