- ANAaron Nelson2 days ago1.0I called at 12:45 PM to ask what time they close. The employee stated that they were open until 3:00 PM, and did not say anything else. I replied, that I would see them there. When I arrived at 1:00 PM, they asked if I reserved online, so I replied that I did not, nor did I know that I could. The employee said that they were all booked up, and that they were not taking any new customers. I then said that I called literally 15 minutes ago and that they said they were still open. The lady said that they were, but that they were full. I then replied that it would've been nice if they told me that when I called so I didn't have to drive all the way out there. I will not be going back to this barbershop. What a waste of time. I don't think the employees here consider their customers when they answer their questions. Don't expect informed answers.

And explained everything she did at the end. I’m not picky when it comes to my hair cuts because it does grow back. I just let this lady play a little bit. I love my hair! You ladies work so hard to make special things happen. Back to school, picture day, or a trim. It’s nice to walk out feeling back to new and a jolt of confidence.
